Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Terms

3.1 Payment Methods

wwjl accepts deposits through various payment methods including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as displayed on the platform. You agree to use only payment methods registered in your own name and to which you have legal authorization to access. Using third-party payment methods or payment methods not registered in your name constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are generally processed instantly or within a reasonable timeframe depending on the payment method selected. wwjl reserves the right to refuse deposits at our discretion, particularly where we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply as specified on the platform and may vary based on payment method, account verification status, and other factors.

3.3 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification procedures, including but not limited to submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. Processing times vary depending on verification status, withdrawal amount, and payment method selected. wwjl reserves the right to request additional documentation and to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of security reviews.

3.4 Fees and Charges

wwjl does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own fees, for which wwjl bears no responsibility. Unusual withdrawal patterns, excessive withdrawal requests, or withdrawals below minimum thresholds may incur administrative fees at our discretion.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

4.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other offers provided by wwjl are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, expiration periods, and eligibility criteria. These specific terms are provided with each promotion and form an integral part of this Agreement. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

4.3 Bonus Abuse

wwjl strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, coordinated play across multiple accounts, exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities, wagering patterns designed to guarantee profit, and any other activity that violates the spirit or letter of promotion terms. Detected bonus abuse will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the wwjl platform utilize certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are determined independently and cannot be predicted or manipulated by players or wwjl. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losses are possible. Past results do not influence future outcomes.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (a) using automated systems, bots, or software to place bets or play games; (b) colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage; (c) exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities; (d) engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity; (e) using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions; (f) opening multiple accounts; (g) sharing account information with third parties; or (h) any other activity that violates fair play principles or these Terms.

5.3 Bet Disputes

In the event of disputes regarding bet outcomes, malfunctions, disconnections, or errors, wwjl decisions shall be final and binding. We reserve the right to void bets, correct errors, and adjust account balances as necessary to rectify mistakes. All disputes should be reported to customer support within seven (7) days of the disputed transaction.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

6.1 Termination by wwjl

wwjl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms; suspected fraudulent or criminal activity; failure to provide requested verification documents; abusive behavior toward staff or other players; self-exclusion requests; or any conduct deemed detrimental to wwjl operations or reputation. Upon termination, all pending bets may be voided, and remaining account balances may be forfeited depending on the reason for termination.

6.2 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following settlement of all pending bets and completion of any outstanding verification requirements. You remain liable for all activity on your account until closure is confirmed.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, functionality, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials available through the wwjl Service are owned by or licensed to wwjl and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Service without express written permission from wwjl.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

10. Miscellaneous Provisions

10.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10.2 Entire Agreement
